FLA-OC members attend two general meetings yearly. The first half-hour, members catch up on good news from colleagues, enjoy the snacks and drinks and network with other Foreign Language educators from Orange and LA Counties. Meeting discussions center aroundforeign language education events such as workshops, language immersion camps, awards, festivities, and other special excursions. Members usually bring 60 copies of a quick and useful lesson plan to share at the general meetings. Everyone receives a folder with copies of the lessons. Members also have a chance to win a door prize. The dates, times and locations for this academic year's meetings are listed on the events calander. Please feel free to bring along a colleague to the general meetings! Membership continues to grow each year, and we all grow as professional educators through active participation in organizations such as FLA-OC.
